Re: AudioEye Accessibility Engagement

This letter details the engagement by Sutter Health (“Customer”) of AudioEye, Inc., the industry-leading enterprise SaaS accessibility company, to provide certain digital accessibility services and/or solutions to Customer. Customer’s goal is to meet or exceed the requirements of WCAG 2.2 A/AA and to strive to provide accessibility to its website for everyone. Customer has engaged AudioEye to perform, at Customer’s request, consulting services pertaining to Customer’s websites, sansumclinic.org and ridleytreec.org.

The goal of such services is to assist Customer with its efforts to identify and remediate potential WCAG issues under Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 Level A/AA (WCAG 2.2 A/AA).
